Refund Policy

Before work begins

Payments may be refundable before work begins only when stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

After work begins

Because creative and consulting services require reserved time and customized work, deposits and completed milestones are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Cancellations

If a client cancels a project, the client is responsible for work performed and approved expenses through the cancellation date. Any unused amount will be handled according to the written project agreement.

Third-party costs

Domain registrations, hosting, software, advertising spend, stock assets, printing, processing fees, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once purchased or incurred.

Controlling agreement

If a signed proposal, invoice, order form, or service agreement contains different refund or cancellation terms, that document controls.
