This website provides general information about NexGen Creative LLC. Website content does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or promise specific business results.
Project agreements
Each paid project is governed by a written proposal, invoice, order form, or service agreement defining deliverables, price, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, client responsibilities, and ownership terms.
Pricing
Website prices are starting estimates and may change based on scope. A project does not begin until the applicable agreement and initial payment requirements are completed.
Client materials
Clients represent that they have permission to provide all text, images, trademarks, data, and other materials supplied for a project.
Intellectual property
NexGen Creative retains ownership of its website, methods, reusable tools, templates, and pre-existing materials. Ownership or licensing of final client deliverables is defined in the applicable project agreement and is generally conditioned on full payment.
No guaranteed results
Marketing, branding, design, and website services can improve presentation and execution, but sales, revenue, approvals, rankings, or other outcomes are not guaranteed.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
